This production system belongs to the class of industrial 3D printers, focused on the manufacture of large parts. Due to its high performance, the printer is also suitable for the serial production of small parts. High resolution allows him to produce models with the highest accuracy and smoothness of the surface, which allows them to successfully compete with parts made by the traditional method of milling.
This state-of-the-art 3D printer for stereolithography (SLA) produces high-quality, extra-large (lengths up to 1,500 mm) plastic and composite parts with precision and surface quality achievable only using stereolithography technology. Due to the high productivity that this part production system provides, you can produce batches of small and medium parts of a smaller size with lower unit costs and produce massive parts with a high degree of detail faster.
Assembling large parts up to 1,500 mm long into one part increases the strength of the part, since the attachment points always have a weakness in the part. Assembling a part as a whole also frees up an additional resource, which will be occupied by the assembly of various segments. Precise parts (+/- 45 microns) throughout the construction platform, print by print, machine by machine. Use this feature to prototype dashboards, mid-sized consoles, or stable and lightweight ultra-large QuickCast metal casting patterns.

What can be considered a warranty case?
