Easy to implement and run
Being a full-fledged industrial machine, Endureal can be implemented as easily as Zortrax desktop-class 3D devices. Intuitive user interface and software with carefully tuned settings predefined for each dedicated filament make Endureal ready to work at full capacity from day one. The ease of implementation extends further into running the printer due to business continuity kit containing everything necessary for fast and efficient in-house maintenance.
Industrial printing chamber
The Endureal printer is equipped with a closed print chamber, designed for the most difficult-to-use materials, such as nylon, PEEK or carbon fiber reinforced polymers. It can be heated to more than 130 ° C. Such high temperatures are necessary to minimize shrinkage when printing in a sick format.
Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) is one of the most promising materials for 3D printing. Due to the resistance of PEEK to high temperatures, chemicals and thread abrasion, it is suitable for the manufacture of fully functional parts for satellites, automobiles or aircraft. After sterilization, PEEK models printed on 3D printers can also be used in medical devices and prototypes.
This printer can work simultaneously with two filaments, one for the model and the other for soluble support structures. Thus, it is possible to produce models with complex internal geometry, movable mechanisms and other forms that would be impossible to print in a single extrusion mode.
The Endureal printer is monitored in real time through multiple sensors. All parameters, from air humidity in the thread compartment to the temperature of the main modules, are strictly controlled to constantly maintain maximum performance. The printer is able to detect some problems, such as overheating or lack of thread, and notify the user about them. Printing progress is maintained even in the event of a power outage.
Easily switchable build plates
The build plate for the Endureal printer is made of their ferritic stainless steel coated with a PEI (polyethyleneimine) film to ensure proper adhesion of all supported filaments and easy model removal. The plates are held in place by magnets to facilitate their installation and removal. The number of print cycles on one plate depends on the type of models printed and the threads used.

SIU System recommends ordering supplies from official Zortrax partners. At the moment, in Russia and the CIS countries we are the only official supplier.
Who can service the printer?
Specialists and companies with a special certificate from Zortrax. Currently, only SIU System has this status and official service center in Russia and the CIS countries.
What can be considered a warranty case?
A warranty case is a failure or critical abnormalities in the operation of both the equipment as a whole and any of its spare parts, provided that the client fully complies with the operating rules of the equipment indicated in the user manual, as well as the absence of other external circumstances and factors directly or indirectly causing a malfunction or deviation.
The lack of a built model on the build platform during or after the completion of the printer build process.
A voltage surge in the power supply network, which entailed the failure of other components and spare parts.
