The FS421M is a complete production system for continuous production of products. With a large printable area of ​​425x425x420mm, the FS421M is excellent for producing large-sized metal parts from a wide range of metal powders. A large print area combined with a multi-laser and digital optical system allows you to increase the productivity of the equipment. And the system's modular layout enables quick changeover of the print hopper between jobs.

Economy and safety

The FS421M is equipped with a brand new state of the art industrial powder handling and loading system. Powder transportation, storage, addition and screening are carried out in an inert atmosphere. The highly efficient inert media filtration system in the FS421M allows the safe use of reactive materials. The high performance of the filtration system and the possibility of automatic cleaning allow it to be used for a long time between filter replacement intervals.

FS421M, like all Farsoon systems, provides users with advanced access to print settings and manage basic printer settings. The open metal 3D printing system provides ample opportunities for the introduction of new materials. In addition, Farsoon's own software has a user-friendly interface both when running on a standalone PC and when using the touch screen.

The Farsoon FS421 Dual system is open - the customer can experiment with his own materials and third-party domestic powders.

Open system settings allow you to adjust the following parameters:

  • Laser power (in the range from 0% to 100% of the rated power). You can set different values ​​for the bottom and top surfaces, as well as the inner padding;
  • The speed of scanning (the movement of the laser beam over the surface of the powder layer), or the transition between sections of the trajectory without fusion;
  • Distance between ray path vectors;
  • Strategy for constructing a trajectory (position and direction of the motion vectors of the laser beam). It is possible to set different strategies for each layer, as well as for different models located on the same platform, for different parts of the same model (contour and infill) and for supports. You can set an arbitrary form of internal filling of models;
  • Parameters for applying a layer of powder (layer thickness, speed of the recoater, movement of the build platform for applying the layer, operation of the powder dispenser mechanism);
  • Beam diameter compensation;
  • Changing the angle of the direction of the scan vectors of even and odd layers;
