The VX200 is the smallest 3D printer in the VoxelJet line. Due to its compactness, the VX200 can be installed without problems in places where there is not enough free working space, for example, in research laboratories. The machine has a high printing speed, is easy to operate and allows the production of small prototypes and structural elements economically and efficiently. VoxelJet 3D printers have been used successfully in the production of sand molds and metal casting cores. Forms are made by applying the material in layers and selectively introducing a binder. Silica sand is used as the powder material. Also, the functionality of the device involves the work of polymers. Like all Voxeljet 3D systems, the VX200 builds complex components and prototypes completely automatically and without the use of additional equipment. It meets all the requirements necessary for fast and flexible production in an industrial environment thanks to a continuous printing process and high build speed. Its robust design provides the VX200 with an especially long lifespan.

Raw sand, as well as quartz sand, are functional and convenient materials with a wide range of applications. However, the main areas where they are most often involved are the aerospace industry and the automotive industry.
As an example of the use of the materials mentioned above, one can indicate their use for the manufacture of foundry sand molds. This implementation method facilitates the production of metal parts and parts of various sizes and degrees of complexity.

Using layer-by-layer printing with silica sand, complex forms (even with cutouts) can be created at a time, without the use of additional tools.
The cost of production (especially for prototypes, single objects and small series) is significantly reduced due to the lack of the need to use tools.
Thanks to the digital creation of forms, complex parts can be combined into a single form to speed up printing.
Flexibility and time saving
Immediately after cleaning, the finished molds can be used for casting metal, which significantly saves time and labor costs.
This printing technology can be easily integrated into production processes using other technologies, which allows you to successfully combine forms from various materials.

What can be considered a warranty case?
A warranty case is a failure or critical abnormalities in the operation of both the equipment as a whole and any of its spare parts, provided that the client fully complies with the operating rules of the equipment indicated in the user manual, as well as the absence of other external circumstances and factors directly or indirectly causing a malfunction or deviation.
