The two-chamber vacuum carbonization furnace is designed for carbonization and quenching of products from 20CrMnTi 、 12Cr2Ni4A 、 12Cr2Ni3A structural steel, high alloy steel, 1Cr13 stainless steel, tool steel, and also for hardening and annealing of such products as gears, parts of bushings, precision bearings, nozzles pumps, precision parts.
Technical Features of Vacuum Carburizing Furnace
- Horizontal two-chamber design, one chamber for carbonization, another chamber for quenching, quenching medium as required.
- In the heating chamber are nozzles for injecting a carbonization medium in order to maintain atomic sphere uniformity.
- Special carbonization technology and precise control of carbonization parameters give an optimal concentration distribution and minimal errors in depth.
- Carbonization is carried out at a temperature of 1050 degrees, which significantly reduces the carbonation time.
- The trolley of the double-chamber vacuum furnace for carbonization moves in the “slow-fast-slow” mode, stably, reliably and the travel time is short.
